1. Frame and traction pin: the frame is a space frame type low alloy steel welded structure. The frame is welded by two T-shaped longitudinal beams and cross beams to support the load. Under the front of the frame, there are traction pins and traction pin plates connected with the tractor, with the specification of No. 90. The traction pin adopts assembly type, which is easy to replace. The front cross beam of the frame is equipped with an air brake connector and a wire connection socket. The front, rear and side of the frame are equipped with lighting or signal devices.

2. Suspension system: the rear lower part of the longitudinal beam is welded with suspension device support, and the front lower part is provided with support device support. The suspension system is a three-axis leaf spring suspension, which is used to support load and absorb driving vibration. The leaf spring suspension system is fastened to the axle body with U-bolts.

The parking brake is controlled by the energy storage spring braking system, and the wheel brake is also used as the parking brake. The device is used when parking or parking on a slope.

3. Axle and wheel: three axle assemblies with the same structure are installed under the suspension system. The axle is a square tube axle, and the axle body is provided with a platform for installing the leaf spring suspension and a support for installing the brake air chamber. The axle head is used to install wheels, hubs and brakes.

4. Supporting device: in order to make the semi-trailer Park reliably after leaving the index vehicle, two supporting devices of left-right linkage or left-right single action are installed at the front end of the frame. 5. Brake and its operating device: the semi-trailer adopts double pipe pneumatic braking system and is equipped with anti lock braking system (ABS). The service braking system is mainly composed of air connector, inflation pipeline, operation pipeline, emergency relay valve, air reservoir, brake air chamber and wheel braking. The air joint of the inflation pipeline is connected with the air reservoir of the tractor, and the air joint of the operation pipeline is connected with the brake valve of the tractor. When the semi-trailer is braked, each brake air chamber acts simultaneously. When the driver steps on the brake pedal, each brake chamber of the semi-trailer acts to realize normal foot braking. When the charging pipe leaks or bursts, or the tractor suddenly disconnects from the semi-trailer during driving, resulting in the disconnection of the pipeline, the semi-trailer can brake automatically. When the vehicle and train stop and the tractor is separated from the semi-trailer, the semi-trailer can brake by itself. If the parking time is short, it is not necessary to use the parking brake.

6. Electrical system: the semi-trailer is equipped with an international general electrical system suitable for the tractor. There is an electrical connector socket on the front cross member of the frame. The rear of the frame is equipped with brake lamp, turn signal lamp, stop lamp, reversing lamp, license plate lamp, fog lamp and triangular reflector, the front and both sides are equipped with front position lamp, width indicator lamp, side marker lamp, and the right front is equipped with ABS indicator lamp. The voltage of various lamps is DC 24V. 7. Tank body: the tank body is an all metal weldment. The tank body is a closed container for loading materials, which is made of ordinary carbon structural steel plate flow circle butt joint and stamping head welding, with a volume of 55m3. There are manholes and walkways above for loading, unloading and maintenance personnel to enter the tank. There is a fluidized bed air chamber in the tank. The air chamber is composed of sliding plate and air bag, so that compressed air can be discharged from the discharge pipe after fluidization of powder materials filled in the air bag. The head shall be cut with a plasma NC cutting machine and then spun with an imitation edging machine to increase the strength. Manual tapping and flanging are not allowed to avoid material damage;

8. External power and air compressor: external Weichai 4100 engine and Wuhu 10.00 vehicle air compressor unit are installed to ensure sufficient air pressure during unloading of the whole vehicle.
